- Booking Request: All booking Hotels/ air tickets, request has to be sent to us only in writing by Email
FOR HOTEL RESEVATIONS
Details Required For Confirmation: Please provide the following details along with your booking request:
- Name of the Hotel to be booked (if possible) / city
- Clients Name.
- Total No of Persons along with the number of rooms required
- Date of Arrival and Departure
- Arrival Details (if available)
Confirmation: After successfully processing the booking a confirmation with a booking reference number will be sent to you followed by the service voucher.
Service Exchange Voucher: The client has to carry a “Service Exchange Voucher issued by Destinasia Tours & Travel Pvt. Ltd. Travels for every hotel booked with us for hotel check in procedure.
