Day 1 : Arrive Cochin

Arrive at Kochi airport. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 2 : Cochin

Your morning sightseeing tour of Kochi includes a visit to the Dutch Palace and Synagogue. En route see the famous Chinese fishing nets. In the evening enjoy a Kathakali dance show. Overnight stay.

Day 3 : Cochin – Thekkady (Periyar)

Take a scenic drive through tea and spice plantations and blue hills and arrive at Periyar. Upon arrival check in at the Hotel. During the afternoon take a two-hour boat safari on the mist-shrouded lake, which offers excellent opportunities for spotting wildlife, especially herds of elephants. Overnight stay.

Day 4 : Thekkady

Day at leisure. Optionally visit the tea, cardamom,pepper and coffee plantations that surround the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary or take soft trek into the Periyar National Park. Overnight stay.

Day 5 : Thekkady to Kumarakom

You’ll leave just after breakfast, driving back down to the coast and the melodically named town of Kumarakom on the banks of lake Vembanad.Upon arrival check in at the Hotel. Evening finds you on a sunset cruise on the lake, in a converted rice boat, adrift to a flute accompaniment. Overnight stay.

Day 6 : Kumarakom

Day at leisure to relax / exclusive leisure options like Ayurvedic message, yoga, meditation, boating, fishing, angling and swimming or a cruise along the Vembanad Lake to experience the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Overnight stay.

Day 7 : Kumarakom to Alleppey (House boat).

The Kerala backwaters consist of a complex network of lagoons, lakes, and canals. These are best experienced while slowly punting down the labyrinth of canals in a traditional thatch-roofed houseboat, known as ‘kettuvallam’. Embark on your houseboat, a renovated cargo boat with one or two bedrooms, kitchenette and all modern conveniences. See life on the banks, lush green rice fields, and coconut groves with occasional temple or church as you cruise through the canals. An experience you will savour for a long time. Overnight on Houseboat.

Day 8 : Disembark Houseboat – Kovalam

Disembark at the boat jetty from houseboat and drive to Kovalam. Kovalam truly captures the essence of Kerala in its offerings of breathtaking backwaters, lush landscapes, coconut palms, and pristine beaches. Upon arrival check in at the Hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 9 : Kovalam – Padmnabhapuram (Cape Comorin) – Kovalam

Full day excursion to the beautifully kept wooden palace of Travancore rulers at Padmnabhapuram and to Cape Comorin -the tip of peninsular India where three seas – Indian Ocean, Arabian Sea & the Bay of Bengal meet. Overnight stay.

Day 10 : Kovalam

Full days at leisure to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and lavish comfort along with various Ayurveda / spa treatments. Overnight stay.

Day 11 : Kovalam – Trivandrum / Trivandrum – Onward Destination

In time transfer to Trivandrum airport to board your flight for onward Destination
