Surrounded by the hills of Maharashtra, the significant city of Aurangabad boasts of a rich history and natural beauty. Founded in 1610 by Malik Akbar, the city is set up on the site of a Khadki village. The village which grew into a magnificent city was renamed as Fatehnagar by Fateh Khan.
